Contact forms;

Information received from the Old Friends Radio contact form is kept so that we may be able to keep track of complaints, failures, or other service reports. Song requests are discarded instantly, and the email address from the request is kept in a list and not shared.

Cookies;

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. 

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

When you log on to the Old Friends Radio app or player, your general location, Province or State, and Country are shared with American Professional Music Rights Organizations so that Old Friends Radio may pay music royalties.

What rights do you have over your data?

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Old Friends Radio reports the general location of listeners to the American Professional Music Rights Organisations as required by law.

The OLDFRIENDSRADIO.ORG Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is provided by Old Friends Radio, a non-profit 501 c)(3), 509 a)(2) public charity (“OldFriendsRadio.org”), for use by businesses or individuals who are considered major in the jurisdiction from which this Website is accessed conditional on your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing, using and/or downloading materials from this Website, you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of each entity on whose behalf you act to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
